The owner was friendly and helpful. Giovanni answered all our questions. Restaurants nearby were nice. Welcoming gift, equipped kitchen, and breakfast options in the room. Good location, close to the center but quiet.
Can't think of anything.

The shared kitchen was a nice touch and the breakfast pack was a great addition. The location was perfect for me, outside of the busy city center but still close to public transportation.
All was good, no complaints.

Secondly, the prices were really reasonable, offering great value for money. Lastly, the attention to detail was impressive - from the well-equipped kitchen to the snacks provided in the rooms, everything was thoughtfully taken care of.

The free breakfast was sooo good, with lots of options to choose from. We felt right at home with all the facilities. We had a blast exploring the city and partying at night. The Colosseum was mind-blowing, and the street food at Mercato di Testaccio was to die for!
If there's one thing we'd ask for, it's more nightlife options near the guest house. We had to take a bus to get to the party scene, and it would've been even more fun if there were some cool bars or clubs within walking distance.

The location of this guest house is amazing, as it's very close to the city center and some great tourist spots like the Coliseum. it's close to the subway, which makes it easy to get around the city. the rooms are cozy and well, furnished, with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is really friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable.
The check, in and check, out times were a bit inconvenient, and the staff seemed a bit rigid about it.

We recently had an amazing Christmas stay at a hotel in a central area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was very comfortable and clean. They even left us a lovely welcome package with snacks and breakfast items. The best thing about this hotel was its prime location, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. We also loved the equipped kitchen which was great for making our own meals.
That the room was a bit noisy, as it was located in a central foyer, and there was no real sound insulation. , we were a bit disappointed that the Wi-Fi wasn't working properly for the duration of our stay.

The room and common areas were always clean and well-maintained. the kitchen was well-equipped and very useful for preparing meals. the location was great as it was quiet and located near affordable supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and pubs.
One thing I didn't like about the hotel was that it was a bit far from the subway station, which took around 15 minutes to walk. some other guests were quite loud and would frequently bang doors late at night which was unpleasant.
